Title: Organic Form
Through the magic of her process,
Bieri transforms mundane objects
into provocative, sometimes mysterious
works of art.
The hand-stitched pieces of linen and
cotton are painted with acrylic. Depicting
growth and learning, Organic Form
was created as a prototype for a
project for the Grosse Pointe Library.
An accomplished painter and assemblage
artist, Bieri sees herself as a
scientist, experimenting with patterns
and distilling core realities.
